Information submitted voluntarily
Visitors may submit contact information, newsletter preferences, founder information, brand information, public links, and editorial context through the site’s forms. Do not submit confidential business records, private personal information, financial account information, or material you are not authorized to share.
How submissions may be used
Information may be used to review editorial submissions, contact authorized representatives, evaluate future stories or profiles, respond to inquiries, process correction requests, and send updates when consent has been provided.
Possible publication
Authorized business information may be considered for publication. Founder-submitted claims may be labeled as founder-submitted until independently supported. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Service providers
When configured, third-party form and email providers may process submissions on behalf of the site operator. The provider and current configuration should be disclosed before active collection begins.
Analytics and attribution
Analytics may be added later. Approved campaign parameters and anonymous interaction events may be recorded after configuration. Personal form content should not be placed inside analytics events.
Corrections and deletion requests
Visitors may request correction or deletion of personal information they submitted by using the Contact page. Publication-related requests are reviewed in context and are not automatically granted when the information is independently documented and lawfully published.
External links
The site may link to brand websites, public records, news sources, and other external resources. Their privacy practices are controlled by their operators.
Current launch state
Before a real form endpoint is connected, the development version validates forms but does not transmit or store submissions. This policy should be reviewed whenever forms, analytics, advertising, sponsorship, or email tools are activated.
